Why is a solar eclipse of the sun?

 

The sun gets covered between the earth and the sun, and some parts of the earth do not get out of sight of the sun is called 'grahan'.

When the sun is not found in full or in part when the moon is covered, where does the solar eclipse or partial solar eclipse go?
