There are many large mass of compositions in space which are billions of km away from the Earth, which we see as stars when they enter the atmosphere from the outer space, the rubbing of air causes the air to shine.
This is also called falling stars most are invert. The atmosphere gets burnt completely but some of the large meteorites rich the earth. When they see them falling, we say that star is breaking.
